Delivery and Returns
All goods purchased will be shipped by Royal Mails 48 service unless otherwise stated (or requested) All goods will be shipped within 48hrs of purchase. (excluding bank holidays-weekends-holidays etc) and should arrive within 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us on 01704 807600.
We reserve the right to send some orders via Fedex uk, DHL & UPS depending on the quantity and value of an order, as this insures Finerfilters Ltd and the customer against loss or damage.
Cancellation and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the date of delivery. You must notify us by phone or email of your intention to cancel within this time. Should you wish to return or exchange any item you will need to contact us first at email@example.com, as there are occasions when it may be unnecessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending an item back. If you’ve placed an order by mistake, or wish to cancel your order for any reason, again please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Items not returned in the condition they were received. Items that have obvious signs of use. Items that are returned more than 14 days after returns authorisation. Items that you received more than 14 days ago.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. Items without a returns authorisation cannot be accepted and may be disposed of. Once a return authorisation is issued the goods must be received by our returns department within 14 days. We are unable to accept returned items after this time. If you received a faulty or damaged item please contact us on 01704 807600 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange a returns authorisation and either a replacement part or full refund once the goods have been received and inspected. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please notify us when applying for a returns authorisation. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our office. If a refund is required, this will be applied to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our returns department receiving your item/s.
How refunds are calculated
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised. Our Returns department will fully inspect the goods to check for completeness and correct product return before authorising a refund.
Unwanted goods received back complete, as new, unused, in original box and packaging including all accessories (gift vouchers, free gifts if any) and in a re-saleable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
Goods received back in damaged or otherwise not re-saleable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and you will need to arrange for the goods to be re-delivered at your own cost.
Please note: if a part is ordered incorrectly or you change your mind after the item has been dispatched, a re-stocking fee of 20% plus postage may be deducted from any refund issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where to send your returns
Once your return has been authorised by us, we will notify you of the address to return them. Do not return goods without calling or e-mailing us as they cannot be accepted and may be disposed of.
